Since the inception of Humphrey Associates, Inc. in 1976, the various affiliates of the Humphrey group have developed successful housing communities, hotels, and commercial projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region and Florida. With over 30 years of experience, the Humphrey group has developed or built over 8,500 residential units and over 350,000 square feet of commercial space. With an acknowledged tradition of creating thriving rental and for-sale communities, Humphrey continues to seek out opportunistic deals across all product types.
Through the years, the company has demonstrated expertise in all areas of real estate development, including land acquisition, market research, sales, zoning, land planning, financing, architectural review, construction, and management.
